IDK and DOUBLEEIGHT share a difference in opinion on Playboi Cartis “Flat Bed” freestyle. The Maryland rapper IDK played Playboi Cartis “Flat Bed” freestyle during one of his Radio Clue episodes he hosts on Apple Music back in May of 2021. The song referenced came out on YouTube August 31st 2018. As of today the video on YouTube has recieved 1.8 million views along with 34k likes. Even though many seem to like this song some members of DOUBLEEIGHT did not and chose to switch stations after it came on. After sharing the experience with the artist, and label CEO Idk via twitter, Idk quickly replied in a tweet that has since been deleted insisting they must be on drugs for not liking it. In the songs defence the music video has some pretty strong dance moves and the beat is catchy, but the lyrics don’t seem to be up to par with the rest of it.
